MIWAY DENIES THIRD PARTY CLAIMS AND NEVER INFORMS YOU - THEN WHY PAY!
In March of 2022 I was in an accident, I was covered for third party and theft. Today almost three years later I get a call from a Private Investigator stating Miway never settled the claim and now they are proceeding against me. Miway never informed me the claim was denied, nor did they give the reasons why! I am so terrified as I have been paying for years and thought they were the ones handling it. So disappointed! And the only feedback i get is that someone will explain in detail why the claim was denied.

05 Mar 2025, 13:58My sincerest apologies, the OP failed to mention that they failed to accept the settlement. And they are claiming an exorbitant amount for damages, when the vehicle was only scratched. Thank you Miway for explaining that to me. And i withdraw my aforesaid statement.
