MiWay delay
MiWay contacted me regarding my claim over 4 days ago. They were supposed to get back to me on the 2nd of November but never did. When I call back the line doesn’t go through. Please help and be on the lookout

06 Nov 2023, 14:35Please note that I still haven’t gotten any feedback regarding my request and I have learned now that the person who started with the claim is still working on it even though I received feedback from (Innocentia) on the 1st of November that she will be removed from this case. How can MiWay be so unprofessional and lack quality service when it has to pay for third party. It’s so disappointing and saddening really

27 Nov 2023, 15:10It’s been over a month now and I am still waiting on an offer. The delays have resulted in crazy storage prices for my car which I can’t take home cos it has to be repaired. This matter is handled in a very poor manner and so unprofessional. Thoughts of joining MiWay have completely vanished.
