Miway deducting money after insurance has been cancelled

Miway deducted funds from my account after I cancelled the insurance. I was assisted by one mr kgomtso selepe, he assured me that money will be refunded into my account in 2 days, it’s 6 days later, nothing has been paid back to my account. I have been calling non stop to inquire about the above, but it seems as if my matter isn’t a matter of urgency enough to be escalated. Miway please pay me back my money
