Miway debits early without warning

Recently moved over to miway, set my debit date to the 1st and miway debits me on the 24th. I go check my policy just to be sure and both policy and app states debit date as the 1st of every month. So who covers my bank charges when the debit bounces. Blaming it on a system error won't work, how can an insurance company that we need to trust be so negligent. Very poor service, and you lose another client.
