Miway debiting my account after I cancelled

So Mi way blocks me from my account after I cancelled my insurance, but the still debiting my account...Can you please put the money back. I cant sit with 2 insurance. i want my money returned by Monday end of Business. You guys are *******. how can you say you can cancel immediately but you want to ***** peoples money. I cancelled this policy 7 days ago to be effective the 27/02. I told you not to call me, because Im not going to stay no matter what. I want my money back. This is pathetic you taking food out of my childrens mouth. How could a business of your size debit a formal clients account. i need to but food for the month please refund me my premium and dont call me.
