Miway debited from my account even though I canceled my policy with them months ago

Miway has debited from my account even though I’m not insured with them . I canceled my policy with them 4 months ago and last my they debited from my account which I can’t seem to reverse.

Very annoying because I’ve told them to pay back the money they took from my account and the consultant I spoke to seems to be ignoring my emails.

Very frustrated by this
