MiWay - Dealing with a Karen (me) and really coming up GOLD.
Hi. My mum instituted car insurance with MiWay just before lockdown. She didn't complete the paperwork, and thought the car was not insured although payments were going through. She thought ****. I phoned and spoke to Simphiwe, who sorted everything out to everyone's satisfaction, quickly, efficiently and calmly. Simphiwe showed just passion and pride in her work that I just HAD to let people know
