Miway dealing in bad faith during claim stage

My vehicle was hijacked and later recovered by Tracker on the 19th of March 2020. Miway took possession of the vehicle to be assessed for repairs and decided to write-off the vehicle. But then I was given an option to buy it back and they give me partial payout of Rx. I took the buy-back option with the stipulated payout (email record). However, they later changed the partial payout amount to Ry because of a mistake a consultant made. As you can imagine this is now substantially lower. But this is not my problem, so I asked them to either fix my car or go back to the original agreement, which they do not want. We now heading to the 3rd month and I am still paying premiums yet they do not want to fix my car or go back to the original agreement.
