I have logged a claim with my way insurance there is no way forward instead they call me during working hours when I return the call you cannot get hold of them.I have sent them a quotation using the app still no one is willing to help instead I got a letter to the cas number is been closed.I an not sure how insurances work but the service is very very very poor.
