Miway customer service

I have been with miway for 13 years and usually I'm happy with service bit the service received from fortunate Sibiya Wasson bad that I had called more than 10 times for my claim ,requested to speak with her manager who never came back to me and I will send emails and she will not come back to me.since having to deal with claim this year I have not spoken with her via call as she was not available all the time when I called.my claim was eventually settled after long two months but service I received from her was so low and disappointing..
