MiWay customer service

I gave three stars instead of five for the fact that I had to call MiWay instead of them calling me when this was requested. However the gentleman I spoke to at the call centre was lovely (sorry forgot his name *****) and Ntokozo Mdunge was a total sweetheart, professional, helpful and such a lovely lady to deal with, we concluded the conversation with me being very happy with the outcome. Ntokozo I will gladly deal with you anytime again, it was such a pleasure, 5 Stars for my experience in dealing with you.
