I ran into a situation where the regular driver of the vehicle had to change to the registered owner of the vehicle in order for the bank to release the funds to SMG. I initiated a live chat and the agent that assisted me was blunt and rude and raised my premium by R500 for the change. I told him that was ridiculous and he said this is the best he can do etc. I then escalated the mater to a senior agent at MiWay and her name was Nokuthula NT. She provided me with excellent service and even decrease my initial premium before the increase of R500! This is why you should stay with MiWay! Thank you once again Nokuthula NT for the amazing service and customer obsession!
