I did a quote with this company for a car I wanted to buy and they decided to activate the policy and took money from my account. I reversed this money and today again they took money for the same thing which they told me will never happen again. This company is ***** honestly. The consultants have put me on hold for long and keep putting me from one person to the next. How pathetic.
