Miway couldn't help me

On the 2nd April 2018 my gate motor failed to work when I wanted to close the gate after arriving around 19h00. After unsuccessfully trying for sometime to close it I contacted Miway for assistance under Mihelp. My first call was at 20h35 and I got cut off, the second call was at 20h37, the consultant said the said that she will aŕrange for an electrìan but I got cut off before we could finish the conversation. I called again at 20h44 and I spoke with Nobantu. She said the consultant I earlier spoke with would get back to me. I never received that call. I called again on the 3rd April 2018 to follow up but I was made to wait indefinitely and I eventually hung up without getting any help.
