MiWay continues to ***** me over....

I had a dispute with MiWay over the way my claim was handled and the way n which my vehicle was repaired following a minor accident. Consequently, I had to go through the ombudsman to resolve the dispute. Fortunately, I was the case. However, MiWay is now ghosting me and ignoring every attempt to get them to finish the repairs of my vehicle. MiWay - why do you have to try so hard to ***** your clients? Please just do what you are contractually obligated to do....
