Miway contact centre and manages don’t follow up on claims

I have put in a glass claim in April, it got accepted however I have not recieved my car glass . Mi way doesn’t follow up with me . The supplier autoboys also doesn’t follow up with me . I need to call everyone to receive feedback . The manager at miway said that they will get back to me however it’s been days and they haven’t . Miways expects me to contact their supplier and car dealerships to get the glass for my car . Very bad service and everytime I complain they do nothing about it
