MiWay consultants lie to offer quotes

MiWay called me on the 19th of April 2018 for a car insurance quotation. Miway's promise was that if they don't beat my current insurance premium, they will pay me R400. I received a quote from MiWay and it was way higher than my current insurance premium and access. And to top it up, MiWay didn't even bother to send me the quotation they gave me because I didn't accept their quote. I called MiWay insurance on the 26 April 2018 and they asked me to forward my current insurance schedule to ********** and I did exactly as directed. Till today, a month later, I'm still waiting for MiWay to get back to me and fulfill their promise.

Can MiWay stop lying to us and learn from Outsurance who also keep their promise.
