MiWay consultant 'Nkosie Mthembu' delivers

Speaking to Nkosie Mthembu on the phone today, was a true pleasure. He answered a whole list of questions that I had regarding my car insurance policy. He did so in a professional and polite manner. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I didn't put down the phone disappointed, and itching to go to another insurance company :) What more can I ask for? Some agents are very rude. Nkosie Mthembu is one of the exceptions. He delivered on efficient service. Keep up the great work Nkosie.
