Miway consultant exceeding expectations

Today, I was near my expiration date with miway insurance after learning that I was NOT covered yet been debited my prorata as well as my January installment. I called them to cancel my policy which ended in the consultant then transferring me to the senior consultant (Terrel Moonsamy) to assist with my cancellation. We were on the phone for almost an hour and she took time to answer ALL my questions calmly and politely. She educated me on what the statements meant and taught me how to interact with insurers. She even got me a much better premium on my policy. All I want to say is, Terrel, thank you for listening and putting yourself in my shoes. I feel you acted in the interest of your client first and then your company. You have not only met but exceeded my expectations. And I recommend to anyone that miway be used as your preferred insurer. #proudmiwayclient.
