Miway: Complements to Nkosinathi and Tumi

Yesterday, I had a breakdown and I called miway for assistance. I was assisted by Nkosinathi and he was effective as he managed to get me a tow truck in less than 5min. He also updated me via sms with the details of the truck. My car was then taken to the ne****st dealership while I was there I received another call from Tumi, who was checking if I arrived at the dealer and my overall wellbeing after the incident. he was very friendly and the treatment that I receive from him made me to see the value of my premium and a reason to stay with miway. In summary of the above, I never had bad experience with miway ever since and I've been with them and its my 7th year now.
