MiWay communication options has failed me

Dear MiWay "BIG" BOSSES

Have you ever phoned your own company , followed the prompts just for the call to end without even speaking to someone

Or even tried you Chatbod after calls being dropped where you have to explain your problem to up to 3 or more online reps , and according to the chatbod you are idleling when you are actively typing to disconnect you just to start again in the que.

Today im really frustated with all your communication options just not working out.

I hope if you do try using these options that your experience will be more satisfying than mine was today.

After all attempts my problem was still not attended to.
