Miway commercial insurance poor service

Called in to the contact center abit stressed with getting an good quote on my can on the Uber platform only to be greeted twice my unprofessional agents that think they doing clients a favor. Tone was poor, Unhelpful and even hanged up the call with me while asked to hold for abt 30sec while getting docs. Not sure if it's a commercial department attitude but totally unacceptable
