Miway client smashed my car he provided me with all the claim details

Miway client smashed my car he provided me with all the claim details. I submitted all information required and its now 3 months and they keep stating my side of the report is different from what their client provided. I have even given them details of the witness which they took a statement from and they state they need to discuss with their client as he stated that i smashed him which is untrue. Emails have been going back and forth and my car is still damaged. They are one pathetic service provider. And afterall their client is a SA police who is lying so they dont pay. They never get back to me timeously. I always have to email them for feedback. They client has even bribed the security guard at where the accident took place to be his witness. I have sent all the proof and the pictures speaks volumes as to who could have caused the accident. But they are refusing to resolve the matter stating they will speak to their client who should be charged for lying on a legal document
