Miway client knocks into you and it becomes your fault

In December a miway client knocked into me. I have sent all forms that I supposed to trying to get hold of someone to speak is impossible I keep phoning but no answer leave messages on there answering machine but no reply. Sent my documents to signed and releases department two weeks ago but no answer from them worst experience ever and there all center keeps calling me to give me a quote. Never
