miway claims ******* dont trust them

can u believe this **** from miway my claims agent told me yesterday that mimotocombo policy for scratch and dent is for R10 000 coverage per year I've used R5300 cover so fair and wat is left is R4700 lol then I sent a claim thru for a scratch on my bumper and a scratch on my passenger side mirror I was informed that the cost to repair the 2 scratches by their accessor is R10 000 lol for 2 scratches I contact 2 mobile panelbeaters and both quoted almost R5000 so they overpriced my quote in order not to pay out on my claim now this is the best part when i asked for the accessors report to challenge it my claims adviser is still sending it since 12 yesterday til now i went onto the app and spoke to a gentleman called Bjorn he informed me that my claim was accessed for R6700 now I'm requesting a copy of the so called recorded conversation where my agent told me it was R10000 in damages lol still waiting plz dont trust miway claims on mimotocombo they thing not to sort out my claim i even ask why cant the pay wat is left on the policy and i can pay out of pocket or sort 1 scratch claim and i will pay for the 2nd 1 no answers Suren Moodley ***
