Miway claims department is not the best

I am having the worst experience with MiWay at the moment, my claim number of *** was approved last week Tuesday on the 15th June, the car has to be towed from Klerksdorp to Vereeniging to get fixed there but it is not there even now, the 21st of June. They keep following up with the towing department with no response. Their communication is also very bad. I need to follow up with them on a daily basis to get updates on my claim. My claim is allocated to Gloria Machete and she is the absolute worst as she does not communicate at all!!! Definitely cancelling my policy after this.
