Miway claims department

As a 5 year policy holder I never imagined the kind of service I got with my only accident.

Miway went out of their way from paying my claim. They sent me a letter of demand, saying they need permission to go through my bank account and electronic devices or my policy will be canceled with immediate effect and I will be liable for any cost. After giving them permission to invade my privacy, they hired a forensic investor or, specialist as they called him, for reconstruction of the accident. This specialist didn't even mention that the road was wet, or examine the car. He only relayed on pictures given to him by miway.

Miway has shown that their way is the only way and they'll do whatever it takes not to give you the service that you've been paying for!!!
