Miway Claims Department
Almost a week and nothing much has changed, no proper feedback or communication from Miway Claims department. I am not impressed with the way my query has been handled by their claims department, I had to chat to different people between yesterday and one person who's supposed to assist me cannot reply to me on time. Is there an SLA which one has to adhere to? If yes, then why are we not advised accordingly? I am not impressed

Should I resort to canceling everything with Miway due to none responsiveness??

I have been receiving emails from different people while I have a claims advisor allocated to my claim!!!! This is not the way of running business, I need to have someone call me immediately!!!!!!!

22 Jun 2021, 13:27Over 2 hours now and no response from Miway Claims department, I cannot stress this any longer as my request is not take seriously. Once I am sorted I will cancel everything I have with this insurer, customer service is shamble and no feedback sent out to their customers
