Miway claims

Was involved in a car accident March 2016, I did claim and my money was paid but they told me they will take the access money and pay it back only if I wasn't the one who caused the accident, they called me again after a year when I did a follow up regarding my access amount, they then told me that they will call the witness and revert the feedback to me, they called back and informed that they did find the person who caused the accident, the guy was driving a Telkom car and Telkom said the car was rented for bidvest car rental (I always have to call them and ask for a feedback), I waited a 6 months with no response and I send them an email, the consultant who is assist with this just told me that the recovery is still in progress, From May 2018 they sending me emails that the recovery is still in progress, its been 2 years and I haven't received my access amount of R5000.
