Miway - CLAIM NIGHTMARE

Claim Nightmare is the best way to describe the service received from miway and their selected vendors.

From the tow truck company that collected my car when it got into a accident (very small in the scale of accidents) to the miway team when dealing with my claim.

lets put it into values repair cost+- R13000 to date wheeby i was requested to pay my acces upfront before they even started repairing my car. wait Miway advised me to go pay the access and when i got to the panelbeaters the claim had not even been approved, you would expect that the worst was over the Panelbeater didn't even have a speed point for me to pay the access.. or am i the crazy one who doesn't carry 7k in my pocket ??????

ok I arrange to pay them via EFT and told use the car reg as the ref. and forward the proof of payment to the supp**** email address, payment made the day after, 5 days latter the panel beater call to tell me to bring in my car for repairs whilst its sitting in their yard and im told to make payment for the access.

one month later im told the car is ready for collection, when i get there it looks like a repair done by DIY by a person who is taking chances. still today i have to follow up on the status of the repairs.

i met with the accessor from midway onsite yesterday (05/03/2018) morning and explained the issues and showed him the problems. Its sad that more then 24 hours later the only call i got from miway was asking me to explain the same info that i explained to the assessor,

why did i met the assessor on site only to have to do the same with the person i called today??

the car has been gone for far too long by any standard and rather then calling and advising if the repairs are been done its another Q&A thats just further more delaying the repairs and like clock work my debit order will go off my account even thou for more then 30days you still trying to get my car fixed.

WHEN AM I GETTING MY CAR BACK REPAIRED TO A STANDARD THAT YOU CLAIM TO PROVIDE?????????
