Miway claim handling - Thabiso Dibakwane

I put in a claim for my car window which was smashed during a smash and grab. Thabiso Dibakwane took my call and was very pleasant, friendly and empathetic from the beginning. He made sure to assist me in every way that he could. Even when the service provider said they'd only be able to assist me in a weeks time he sought out a temporary solution until then with ease and speed. I don't remember getting such amazing service anywhere else especially call centres I was very impressed! It shows he is doing what he loves... Helping people ?
