Miway Claim Expiry

I am so disappointed in the way Miway handled my claim. My claim has since then expired. I am still waiting for them to send me some documents declaring that they will pay me the balance of the amount initially quoted by the panel beater to add to my excess so that I can fix my car on my own. on top of that I will only get a courtesy car for six days, while my car is getting fixed. I have received a quote from another insurer and will be calling Miway to cancel my policy during this week.
