MiWay Claim Application
I did my claim via the app and was contacted by Teboho Moloi, who finilized the claim with me over the phone, also gave me advice to take a photo of the police report incase they didnt give me a copy of which they didnt, he also followed to check that I got sorted out at the police station as I told him I was on the way to the station when he called. Hopefully the reset of the process will be as smooth and friendly as he was.

19 Aug 2020, 15:08You were right. Hello Peter won't let me praise Miway and the staff again so. I was assisted by Masilo my claims advisor. He called be to follow up, asked one question and 20mins later my claim was approved. Work colleagues said I'd be fighting two weeks with insurance and probably 3 months with obudsman when it comes to accidents claims. So I was panicked as I'm a rep and need my car to work. Im thrilled with MiWay and Masilo he made me feel comfortable when I was stressing out. Miway and the staff Exceeded my expectations.
