MIway Claim abuse

I was involve in a accident on 20 January 2024 and I reported the incident at Sebokeng Police Station and MIway sent so called an accessor to assist with the claim but I was abused by this gentle from Miway by the name of Anwar Adam, he took me to the scene and forced me to agree with what he imagines occurred that day and he was asking about my personal life like how many kids my mom haves and the sequence in which we follow one other with my siblings and their personal contacts details. My trauma was made worse by this man from Miway. The is more this man did to me that was not part of incident investigation how is a question like what time I woke up and the clothes I was wearing and he demanded even the number I use for data purpose and if I refuse he threatens me. I felt disrespected and abused, I have never experienced this with Santam Insurance. Please advice and assist me with this matter. My case number is OB 1903/01/2024 and my contact number is ***.
