MIWAY CLAIM
By far the worst experience when claiming after an accident... I have been passed around 5 to 6 people without any help, mind you this is after I waited 6 days after the accident to have anyone make contact with me after countless emails and calls to deaf ears . It is day 10 and I'm still waiting for things to happen.. Don't even attempt insuring with them, even their complaints page was of no help... Day 11 after accident tomorrow and I still have no car.. What do these people think we moving around in when we are without a car..!? As soon as thus claim is finalized I am changing insurance companies.

26 Jun 2022, 21:35Almost a month later and my car is still standing, and no word from MiWay, no call or emails.. I stressed my leaving country for a while and not being able to be reached on my number, but my inbox has no email from MiWay...
I have had people back home try and help me call them while I am away and can't get in contact and no one is ever available.
I had a Trishen contact me after my last review and was promised better care of the matter and to be patient as it takes 14 days for a claim to be sorted... It almost a month and I'm still waiting, my car is still not fixed.
