Miway Cheats 3rd Party Payout

I got into an accident with a Miway client. I filed for a 3rd party claim against the client and it took 50 days for me to be given a settlement offer! What makes it worse is that the damages to my car cost R34 000.00 but Miway is only willing to give me an offer of R2300.00!!! Bare in mind this does not include the storage costs that I have incured! How sad! It costs more than that to tow a car, what will I do with R2300.00? They responded to me letting me know that I am also to blame for the accident when my statement clearly says that I tried to avoid the accident and that their client has admitted (on the accident report as well) that he was at fault as he was turning into on coming traffic! Yet they have audacity to keep calling me regularly to ask if I want to insure with them! I am handing this over to an attorney, the settlement is a joke!
