Miway cheating you out of your repairs costs

So on 31/08/2017 a Miway client didn't pull up her handbrake and her car rolled back into my stationary vehicle. Miway asks me to obtain 2 quotes, which I do from repairers that are more than 30km's apart. Both quotes ranging in the R6000 mark. Now Miway sends me a release letter stating they'll only be paying me out for R2920. After their client admitted 100% liability for the accident. I originally didn't go through my own insurance as I was pregnant at the time and couldn't afford forking out R3500 excess for an incident I was 100% not at fault for. Now Miway wants to do me in with half of the repairs costs? That's like saying I should admit 50% liability. Think it's time to get the Ombudsmen involved. Don't bother calling me Miway - call the registered owner. She'll be taking the matter to the Ombudsmen.
