MiWay Changes Policies Without Permission and Consultants Don’t Listen!

I am absolutely furious with MiWay! They make changes to your policy without your authorisation, and you only find out when it’s time to claim — when it’s already too late! The consultants don’t listen to what you ask them to do on your policy — they just do what they think is right, completely ignoring your instructions.

It’s unacceptable and dishonest! How can a company alter policies and make decisions on behalf of paying customers without consent? This is exactly why people lose trust in insurance companies.

MiWay needs to be held accountable. If you’re with them, check your policy carefully — because what you agreed to might not be what’s on file.
