MIWAY CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE TO 14TH WHILE I GET PAID ON 15TH

Why did Miway Insurance change my debit date to the 14th while I get paid on the 15th of every month? If my bank FNB did not inform me about this debit taking place at 22:30 on the 14th of December 2021. I have being with my Miway for more than 10 years and I never experience such an inconvenience. I never agreed to debit order date change except to take a policy for minor dent and tyres cover.

So where must I get the money to pay this debit now because the bank is going to charge me for insufficient funds? Why is Miway becoming such an inconvenience to me. The last time I had to pay an excess of almost R2000.00 to replace a windscreen that now has excess of R1000.00.

Please MIWAY sort out this mess before you lose one of your loyal client please!!
