Miway caused my motorplan to be cancelled

Tremendously disappointed at the manner in which Miway handles customer complaints, 5 months later I still am left with an unresolved matter. This is after Miway caused my motorplan to be cancelled by Mercedes Benz SA before its expiry period yet I specifically stated I wanted a Mercedes Approved repairer. What made it worse is they left me to deal with their outsourced lawyer Hennie Badenhorst who at the end just left me hanging on the 4th of Dec 2020 with no resolution to my complaint and their internal personnel namely: Albert Joubert, Hlubi Mehlomakhulu,Martin Deysel ,Sello Matlala also didn't follow up to see whether the matter was resolved.
