MiWay Case Handler - The Worst Ever

I was extremely impressed with MiWay and always had good service, until recently. I discovered that the person assigned to the claim is everything and I had the worst service ever. Communication was poor and I also had to initiate it before anything happened. They even cancelled my claim before anything was done about it. By the way, I rated the guy 0. To be fair, I must say that, so far, I am very happy and satisfied with the service I now got from a new case handler. I seriously considered to change to a new insurer, but decided to give them one more chance.
