MIway car insurance comprehensive cover- Road side assistance horrible experience.
On the 25th of April i have an accident hit two potholes on the road towards Suncity on the process two of my wheels got damaged on the right side front and rear also the mirror on the right side, at first i didnt panick i thought we Miway will come offer road side assistance, i logged the Incident on the MIway App, after i recieved a confirmation email with details of an agent who will contact me 5 hours, no call nothing i had to take out money from my pocket to atleast find help... One of their agent called me after 3days asking for pictures and all other stuff, to comply i did send them... till today no assistance nothing.
