I contacted MiWay via Mobile app chat advising them of my cash flow challenge due to Covid19 - lockdown NO income and that I may not afford my end April Premium. Mobile app chat was highly effective and efficient! Was advised to expect a call which I received from Kamogelo, my policy got reviewed with a saving close to R500! I'm a super satisfied MiWay loyal client.
