MiWay Car Insurance

I have been having a very frustrating experience with MiWay Car Insurance. The experience has been lengthy and unpleasant due to lack of proper communication. I was involved in an accident on Thursday the 8th of May, already on the scene was a huge mess with the tow truck drivers and going back and forth with that. Secondly I had to tell them twice about my preferred repairer. To this date I don’t know who the assessor is from MiWay and they have not contacted me. I have contacted Renew It Randburg which is where my car is standing and they have communicated that they are still waiting for approval from MiWay. After I told them the urgency of getting the vehicle repaired in a timely manner.
