miway car insurance

I just have problems with them.. my car can not be moved from BMW Vereeniging then I will loose my motorplan.. they don't want to send an assessor to BMW vereenigin. I NEED MY CAR.I am an essential worker. They just have to send the assesor to BMW and ok the claim..
