Miway car insurance

Its disappointing how they can't even live up to their slogan "We do things your way" They are too quick to get you to switch to their company but hard to reach them when its time for them to deliver service.

I am very and highly disappointed with MiWay i am not happy at all and i regret leaving my insurance for them. For the past 4 weeks my car has been in some panel beater who only gives me empty promises all the time i call to check on progress.

When i tried to contact Miway 4 times in one day they also not helping me with anything except to tell me "we will check how far they are" i call the panel beaters every 2nd day and up till today theres nothing concrete.

I therefore plead with you Miway if your people are struggling to fix my car please return it and i will do it myself because yoh never miss a debit order u even strike my bank account a day before.

Yoh Miway i am very disappointed. Your consultants, your so called "Accredited panelbeater" your company for me is very useless at this stage cause i made car arrangements till tomorrow the 12th now i have to wait for nextweek, Gert keeps telling me dt 1 thing that my car will be ready next week. How many more nextweeks am i suppose to wait? How am i suppose to go to work during this unstable weather?
