Miway cant read a pc screen. Incompetence is rife

Who gave miway authorisation to try take money? I certainly didn't! Now miway owe me money for failed debit order and trust me I will be collecting that money as there is a clear voice record of me telling the lady by the name of Faith that I will give her the account and date to debit! But due to some fool who cant read a pc screen and simply give me the price per month after being on the phone for 35min and gets attitude when I rush him and tell him I dont have time for his questions to simply read my details on screen and price so I hung up the call! I have an email to Faith explaining that Miway needs to contact me when they have their ducks in a row and I will give a yay or nay. Miway you will refund me or I will contact ombudsman for short term insurance! Test me I dare you! While you're about it cancel my policy you are too ***********!
