MiWay can't keep promise on R400 challenge

MiWay phoned me to do their R400 challenge, and after confirming my policies with Outsurance is valid and correct, they couldn't give me a better offer. I never got a call back from them to confirm this. So after two weeks, I laid a complaint via their website, and got a callback the next day, taking my banking details and saying the money will reflect after 72 hours. It's has been a week now, and still nothing, not even a phone call fro MiWay. If MiWay can't even get this right, how much will one struggle to get a claim processed. I will not be using any of the MiWay services, but I do want my R400.
