Miway can't be cancelled

I have been calling to cancel my miway car insurance. Sent in two emails and callwd them twice- both times they hung up on me withput even putting me through to their cancellation department. They thing bpthering me is even after all these attempts they keep deducting my money and after I reverse it they deduct and add R500 how can I cancel and ensure they stop taking money from my account.
