miway cancellation

I recently received a call from Miway asking if i want to join them for my car insurance. I listened to the agent and told her to let me think about it. She called back and i decided to go with this insurance. I called my current insurer to cancel and when speaking to the agent at Outsurance, was convinced to stay. Outsurance really is value for money. Ive tried to cancel with Miway on 2 occassions but to no avail. What appalling service. I shudder to think if im in an accident, what will happen. They are the worse insurance company ever. The agents when you call in, are absolutely rude and are happy to tell you to hold. Ive held the lie for 20 minutes without any help! I want to cancel my insurance. And i sent them an email and received no call from them.
